Product Description:
Small-scale e-waste recyclers and precious metal refiners will appreciate this benchtop eddy current separator designed for laboratory and small production use. The machine has a working width of 200 mm processing 20 to 100 kilograms per hour of crushed PCB or IC chip residue. Rotor speed is adjustable from 1000 to 5000 RPM via a small VFD mounted on the control panel. A 0.75 kW motor powers the system using standard 220V single-phase power making it suitable for workshop installation. The belt is 3 mm thick anti-static polyurethane with a smooth white surface that contrasts with dark PCB powder. The magnetic rotor uses neodymium magnets in an eccentric arrangement generating 3500 gauss peak field strength. A simple sliding splitter baffle allows manual adjustment of the separation point.
