Pulp machine fiber separator machine is a combination of one sealed horizontal hydrapulper and a light & heavy impurity remover. Features
1. Suitable for processing all kinds of waste paper (including low-level waste paper) and reducing the pre-processing degree of the raw materials, thereby reducing the production cost.
2. Be able to secondarily defiber the pulp stock and then separate the light impurities and clear the heavy impurities.
3. Improve the production capacity of Hydrapulper (the diameter of the sieve hole of Hydrapulper can be expanded to Ø20㎜), and reduce the energy consumption about 15%.
4. It can automatically clean sieve hole, obtain high quality of pulp stock and reduce the fiber loss. Meanwhile, it can remove more than 90% of impurities and improve the quality of the paper.
