Overview
The ZXDU88 S402 (V6.0) is ZTE's next-generation digital, multi-rack, high-capacity telecommunications power supply system, featuring advantages such as high power density, excellent performance metrics, and strong scalability. The basic configuration of the ZXDU88 S402 consists of one DC distribution cabinet, one rectifier cabinet, and one AC distribution cabinet, with a single cabinet output capacity of 2000A. The system supports the parallel operation of three rectifier cabinets, enabling a maximum output of 6000A. It also supports parallel operation with the ZXD5000V5.0 rectifier cabinet, meeting the requirements for mixed insertion of high-efficiency rectifier cabinets and achieving smooth system expansion.

The system employs a high-efficiency rectifier with a peak efficiency exceeding 96.2%, and the rectifier's standby power consumption is as low as below 4W.
The rectifier module features a compact size and high power density, enhancing cabinet space utilization
The ZXD5000V6.0 rectifier module achieves a threefold increase in power density compared to the previous version, reaching 25.52 W/in³, with a thickness of just 1U, enabling optimal utilization of cabinet space. A single cabinet can support a capacity of up to 2000A.
Fully digital design ensures more stable performance
The rectifier adopts a dual digital circuit control method with DSP+MCU, and the system employs CAN+RS485 dual-bus control, ensuring higher power supply reliability and faster transmission rates.
"Easy Touch" function, a swift bridge for dialogue in vast information streams
For a large number of rectifiers and a monitoring unit, the "Easy Touch" function enables convenient rapid communication between operators, monitoring, and rectifiers, as well as alarm queries.
High compatibility, compatible with the previous version of cabinets for side-by-side installation
It can be racked alongside the previous-generation power supply ZXDU88 5402 (V5.0) cabinets, making full use of existing cabinets and facilitating the upgrade and renovation of old equipment in the equipment room.
Strong capacity expansion capability to meet the near-term and long-term demand for capacity growth in core data centers
With robust scalability, the system can achieve a maximum capacity of 6000A, featuring a maximum configuration composed of 4 AC panels, 4 DC panels, and 3 rectifier cabinets.
