LZSBUEW 0.050X7 Precision Self-bonding Litz Wire is dual-functional bondable twisted litz wire, combined self-bonding enamel coating and multi-strand litz twisting technology, manufactured per exclusive LZSBUEW industrial standard. Adopt 0.050mm single-core thermal self-bonding polyurethane enameled wire, regular 7-strand balanced twisting structure. Each strand owns double-layer paint: inner insulating PU layer + outer thermal bonding layer. Different from ordinary non-bonding litz wire, this wire can be heated to complete coil self-fixing molding, no dispensing glue needed. Meanwhile it eliminates high-frequency skin effect, reduces operating heating and copper loss, optimized for automated winding precision high-frequency electronic components.
