How is this self-bonding magnet wire processed?
This self-bonding magnet wire can be activated either by heat or by solvent treatment. Heat bonding uses hot air, ovens, or electrical current to soften the bonding layer, while solvent bonding uses alcohol-based or specialized solvents to fuse adjacent turns of the winding.
What information is required for a quotation?
To provide an accurate quotation, please share the wire dimensions, insulation type, thermal class, required quantity, packaging requirements, and destination country.
If the MOQ is not met, can it still be produced?
If the order quantity does not meet the MOQ requirement, we can still produce it for you, but the price will be higher than the MOQ price. Generally, it is calculated based on 3-5 times the MOQ unit price multiplied by the order quantity that you need, plus a startup/module fee of 1,500 RMB. (If the total price of samples is higher than the MOQ price, then we will follow the total price of MOQ)
