Overview
This 0.060mm*20 strands self-bonding 2UEW Litz wire is made of 20 pieces of 0.060mm Class 2 polyurethane enameled round copper wires twisted together. Each single wire adopts Class 2 uniform polyurethane insulation with outer thermal self-bond coating, featuring H-grade heat resistance and reliable dielectric performance. It delivers excellent direct solderability without enamel stripping, simplifying terminal welding processes. The stranded structure effectively reduces skin effect and proximity loss under high-frequency operation, making inductance performance more stable for high-frequency coils. Low surface static friction ensures smooth feeding on high-speed winding equipment, with tightly controlled overall outer dimension to keep consistent winding density. The self-bond layer melts under heating to bond strands firmly and fix coil shape without auxiliary fixtures.
