Huayu 7000L three-layer water tank blow molding machine is a heavy-duty and fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment independently developed for large-capacity plastic water tank production. Designed for manufacturing 7000-liter HDPE water storage tanks, this three-layer co-extrusion molding equipment integrates optimized plastic melting, stable parison extrusion, precise wall thickness control and rapid cooling shaping technology, realizing one-piece seamless molding of large hollow plastic products.
Adopting professional three-layer co-extrusion structure, the machine features independent material feeding and melting systems for each layer. Different functional plastic materials can be matched freely. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, anti-impact and weather resistance performance to adapt to outdoor long-term use. The middle layer enhances structural toughness and compression resistance. The inner layer adopts food-grade and high-purity raw materials to ensure clean and safe water storage. Compared with single-layer tanks, three-layer products show stronger pressure resistance, longer service life and better anti-leakage performance.
Equipped with intelligent PLC control system, the whole production process is fully automated from material feeding, plasticizing, parison blowing, mold clamping, cooling to finished product demolding. The system supports precise parameter adjustment and stable data operation, effectively reducing manual intervention and improving production consistency. The high-precision wall thickness control system ensures uniform tank body thickness, effectively avoiding deformation, thin points and structural defects during long-term use.
This machine adopts energy-saving transmission and heating structure, which reduces power consumption during continuous operation while maintaining stable extrusion efficiency. The overall mechanical structure is reinforced and optimized, with strong bearing capacity, low vibration and low failure rate, suitable for long-time uninterrupted industrial mass production.
