Huayu three-layer co-extrusion IBC blow molding machine is professionally developed for mass production of high-standard 1000L industrial intermediate bulk containers. Adopting advanced three-layer composite extrusion technology, the equipment can complete multi-layer parison extrusion, mold clamping, air blowing, cooling shaping and automatic demolding in one continuous process, ensuring stable and efficient production of large hollow plastic containers.
Different from traditional single-layer blow molding equipment, this three-layer structural design enables independent material distribution and functional layering. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, impact resistance and weather resistance; the middle layer enhances barrier performance to effectively prevent liquid penetration and chemical erosion; the inner layer adopts safe and clean raw material configuration to meet industrial storage and transportation standards. The flexible material proportion system allows manufacturers to adjust layer thickness and formula according to different application scenarios, balancing product performance and production cost.
Equipped with high-precision wall thickness control system, the machine realizes real-time dynamic correction during parison extrusion. It effectively solves common problems such as uneven wall thickness, local deformation and inconsistent dimensional tolerance, greatly improving the overall qualification rate of IBC inner containers. The optimized extrusion and mold closing structure ensures stable operation under long-term continuous working conditions, reducing production fluctuation and material waste.
The whole production line adopts highly integrated automatic configuration, covering automatic feeding, plasticizing, molding and discharging.
