Huayu 30000L three-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty large-scale hollow molding equipment independently developed for the production of ultra-large plastic water tanks and storage tanks. Designed for high-capacity industrial container manufacturing, this machine adopts professional three-layer co-extrusion technology to complete one-time integral molding of large-volume tank products, effectively improving tank strength, barrier performance and weather resistance.
The equipment adopts an accumulator extrusion structure, which provides stable and sufficient material supply for 30000L super-large tank blanks. The optimized three-layer die head ensures uniform material flow and stable layer combination. Each structural layer plays an independent functional role. The outer layer provides anti-aging, anti-collision and weatherproof performance. The middle layer enhances structural toughness and barrier capacity. The inner layer ensures clean and safe contact with water resources, fully meeting the long-term water storage requirements of household and industrial scenarios.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, the machine realizes fully automatic operation from feeding, plasticizing, extrusion, blowing, cooling to demolding. The whole production process runs stably with simple operation and low manual intervention. The high-precision wall thickness control system accurately adjusts the blank thickness in multiple points, effectively solving common problems such as uneven wall thickness, local deformation and insufficient hardness of large tanks. The finished products feature stable size, uniform structure, strong pressure resistance and long service life.
This machine is specially optimized for large tank production. It supports long-term continuous industrial operation with low energy consumption and low failure rate. The upgraded cooling circulation system greatly improves cooling efficiency, shortens molding cycle and effectively increases daily output.
