Huayu 2-layer IBC blow molding machine is professionally developed for mass production of standard 1000L industrial IBC intermediate bulk containers. Designed for dual-layer co-extrusion molding, this equipment adopts independent dual-extrusion structure to realize one-time integral forming of double-layer hollow parisons, perfectly balancing production cost and container comprehensive performance.
Different from single-layer IBC production equipment, the two-layer structural design realizes functional separation of inner and outer layers. The inner layer adopts high-purity virgin HDPE material, which features non-toxicity, smooth surface, excellent chemical stability and pollution-free contact performance, suitable for packaging daily chemicals, liquid additives and general industrial materials. The outer layer can be matched with modified or recycled plastic materials, effectively reducing raw material consumption while maintaining high mechanical strength and anti-aging performance. This layered collocation greatly improves production economy without sacrificing product quality.
The machine is equipped with an optimized accumulator die head and stable flow control system, ensuring uniform plastic melting and consistent parison thickness. It effectively avoids common defects such as uneven wall thickness, local thin spots and container deformation during long-term continuous operation. The whole molding process features high forming stability and good product consistency, meeting unified quality standards for batch IBC container production.
Adopting integrated automatic control logic, the equipment realizes automatic feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, mold clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding.
