Huayu 220L Double Ring Drum Blow Molding Machine is a fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment specially developed for mass production of 220-liter HDPE double ring chemical barrels and industrial plastic drums. Adopting mature extrusion blow molding technology and optimized mechanical structure, this machine realizes stable, continuous and high-precision production of large hollow containers, widely applied in chemical storage, industrial packaging, logistics transportation and other fields.
The equipment features an integral high-rigidity frame and optimized clamping structure, ensuring strong clamping force, stable mold closing and excellent shock resistance during long-term high-load operation. The exclusive parison wall thickness control system precisely adjusts material output in real time, effectively controlling the wall thickness distribution of the double ring drum. The finished products feature uniform thickness, smooth surface, stable structural strength and excellent anti-leakage performance, fully meeting the standard requirements of industrial packaging containers.
Equipped with a high-efficiency plasticizing extrusion system, the machine ensures sufficient and uniform raw material melting with stable extrusion flow, effectively avoiding material melting defects and material waste. The whole production process from feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, mold clamping, blowing, cooling to demoulding is automatically completed, greatly reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency and product consistency.
