This Huayu 2000L 12-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a high-end and fully automatic molding solution specially developed for large-capacity plastic water tanks and industrial storage containers. Adopting advanced twelve-layer co-extrusion technology, the equipment realizes one-time integral molding of multi-layer hollow products, which perfectly solves the performance limitations of traditional single-layer and ordinary multi-layer containers and meets the high-standard production demands for water storage, environmental protection and industrial packaging.
Different from conventional blow molding equipment, this machine is equipped with an independent multi-channel extrusion system and a precision composite die head. Each plastic layer maintains uniform flow and stable lamination during extrusion. The structural layer provides high mechanical strength and impact resistance, while the functional barrier layers effectively improve anti-permeability, anti-aging and insulation performance. The finished 2000L water tank features uniform wall thickness, stable structure, strong pressure resistance and long service life, adapting to long-term outdoor and industrial working environments.
The whole machine adopts integrated computer control system with accurate parameter adjustment for extrusion volume, parison thickness, blowing pressure and cooling time. It realizes fully automatic operation from material feeding, plasticizing, co-extrusion molding, blowing shaping to automatic demolding. The intelligent wall thickness control system effectively reduces material consumption and improves product consistency and yield, greatly lowering production cost for manufacturers.
Designed with heavy-duty industrial structure, the equipment runs stably for a long time with low failure rate and easy daily maintenance. It is compatible with multiple raw materials such as high-density polyethylene and modified plastic materials, supporting flexible production of various 2000L large water tank products.
