Huayu 330L 3-layer water tank blow molding machine is a fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment independently developed for medium-capacity plastic water tank production. Adopting advanced three-layer co-extrusion technology, this machine can finish multi-layer composite molding in one cycle, which perfectly meets the manufacturing requirements of household and industrial plastic water tanks.
Different from single-layer molding equipment, the three-layer structural design enables each layer to achieve independent functional performance. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, anti-impact and weather resistance; the middle layer enhances structural stability and barrier performance; the inner layer adopts safe and clean raw materials to ensure water storage hygiene. The finished 330L water tank features uniform wall thickness, strong pressure resistance, no leakage and long service life.
Equipped with an intelligent integrated control system, the machine realizes full automatic operation from material feeding, plasticizing, extrusion, mold clamping, blowing, cooling to demolding. The human-machine interface is simple and intuitive, allowing operators to adjust temperature, extrusion speed and blowing pressure accurately. The whole production process runs stably with low manual intervention, effectively improving production efficiency and product consistency.
This equipment adopts optimized servo hydraulic drive structure, featuring stable power output, low noise and lower energy consumption. The precisely designed co-extrusion die head ensures balanced material flow of three layers, effectively avoiding layer deviation, material overflow and product defects. With reliable mechanical configuration, the machine supports long-term continuous industrial operation and greatly reduces failure rate and maintenance cost.
