This Huayu 1200L three-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a fully automatic and high-efficiency large hollow molding equipment independently developed for mass production of 1200-liter large plastic water tanks and industrial storage tanks. Adopting advanced three-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the equipment realizes one-time integral molding of multi-layer tank walls, which effectively improves the structural strength, anti-aging performance and overall sealing performance of finished plastic tanks. It is widely applied in domestic water storage, outdoor water supply, industrial liquid storage and other scenarios, and meets the high-standard production demands of medium and large plastic container manufacturers.
The machine adopts an optimized accumulator extrusion structure, with stable plasticizing capacity and uniform melt extrusion. The three-layer material distribution design is scientific and reasonable. The inner layer uses food-grade and high-purity raw materials to ensure clean and safe liquid storage. The middle layer optimizes material matching to enhance the overall toughness and pressure resistance of the tank body. The outer layer adopts anti-ultraviolet and weather-resistant formula materials, which greatly improves the outdoor service life of the water tank and effectively avoids cracking and aging caused by long-term exposure to complex environments.
Equipped with an intelligent integrated control system, the equipment realizes full automatic operation from automatic feeding, constant-temperature plasticizing, precise parison extrusion, mold clamping, air blowing, cooling shaping to automatic demoulding. The whole production process requires minimal manual intervention, which significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs. The high-precision wall thickness control system accurately adjusts the thickness of each layer of the parison, ensuring uniform wall thickness of the finished tank, stable product consistency and extremely low defective rate.
