This Huayu 3000L 10-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty, fully automatic molding solution specially developed for large-capacity high-barrier plastic water tanks and industrial storage containers. Adopting advanced ten-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the equipment realizes one-time integral molding of multi-layer composite structures, which perfectly solves the performance defects of single-layer and ordinary multi-layer products in barrier property, aging resistance and structural stability.
Different functional layers undertake independent performance tasks. The outer structural layer adopts high-strength raw materials to enhance impact resistance, weather resistance and anti-aging ability, adapting to long-term outdoor storage and complex industrial environments. The middle barrier layer effectively isolates water vapor, oxygen and chemical penetration, greatly improving the sealing and anti-leakage performance of the tank body. The inner contact layer uses safe and hygienic raw materials, meeting the storage standards of domestic water, pure water and daily industrial mediums. The layered material design not only improves product quality, but also optimizes material utilization and reduces comprehensive production costs.
Equipped with an intelligent full-computer control system, the machine realizes automatic control of the whole process from feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, wall thickness adjustment, mold clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding. The precise wall thickness control system ensures uniform material distribution of the tank body with small tolerance and stable product consistency, effectively reducing material waste and defective rate. The optimized extrusion and hydraulic transmission structure ensures stable operation, low vibration and low noise during long-term continuous production.
The whole machine adopts high-rigidity frame structure and high-precision die head components, with strong bearing capacity and excellent structural stability. It supports long-term uninterrupted industrial production and has the advantages of low failure rate and long service life.
