This Huayu 3000L 5-layer blow molding machine is a professional large-scale extrusion blow molding equipment independently developed for mass production of 3000-liter plastic water storage tanks. The machine features a scientific five-layer material distribution design. The outer layer adopts high-strength and UV-resistant raw materials to resist outdoor aging, impact and scratch. The middle composite layer enhances overall toughness and anti-seepage performance, effectively preventing liquid penetration and isolating external moisture and oxidation. The inner food-grade contact layer ensures clean and safe water storage, fully meeting daily and industrial water storage standards. The multi-layer structure optimizes material utilization, reduces production cost while maintaining high product quality.
Equipped with an intelligent integrated control system, the equipment realizes fully automatic operation from raw material feeding, plasticization, parison extrusion, mold clamping, blowing, cooling to final demolding. The precise wall thickness control system ensures uniform tank wall thickness with small tolerance and stable product consistency, effectively reducing defective rate and material waste. The human-machine interaction interface is simple and intuitive, convenient for parameter adjustment, production monitoring and daily operation management.
