Huayu 5000L 8-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a high-performance large-scale blow molding equipment independently developed for the production of 5000-liter large plastic water tanks and industrial storage containers. Adopting advanced eight-layer co-extrusion molding technology, this machine realizes one-piece integral molding of multi-layer structural tank bodies, perfectly solving the performance defects of traditional single-layer water tanks in barrier property, aging resistance and structural stability.
The equipment is equipped with an independent multi-channel extrusion system. Each layer adopts precise flow distribution and constant temperature plasticizing control, which ensures uniform melt plasticization and stable layer combination. Different functional materials can be distributed reasonably in inner, middle and outer layers. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet and impact-resistant performance, the middle multi-layer structure greatly improves barrier and insulation effects, and the inner layer meets food-grade and clean water storage standards. Compared with ordinary single-layer and five-layer water tanks, the finished products show stronger permeability resistance, longer service life and safer storage performance.
This 5000L eight-layer blow molding machine adopts full automatic PLC intelligent control system. The whole production process including feeding, plasticizing, extrusion, wall thickness adjustment, mold clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding is completed automatically. The high-precision wall thickness control system realizes real-time dynamic correction, effectively controlling wall thickness deviation and ensuring consistent dimension and structural strength of each large tank product.
Designed for long-term continuous industrial operation, the machine adopts high-strength mechanical structure and wear-resistant alloy screw and barrel components. The whole machine runs stably with low noise and low failure rate. The optimized hydraulic and pneumatic transmission system realizes fast and stable mold opening and closing, greatly improving production efficiency while saving energy consumption.
Widely used in pure water storage, domestic water engineering, industrial liquid storage, agricultural water storage and environmental water treatment projects, the finished 5000L eight-layer water tanks feature anti-leakage, anti-oxidation, crack resistance and strong weather resistance.
