This Huayu 1000L 2-Layer IBC blow molding machine is a professional fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment specially developed for mass production of 1000L standard IBC intermediate bulk containers. Adopting advanced two-layer co-extrusion technology, the equipment realizes independent feeding and synchronous compound molding of two different plastic materials, effectively balancing product performance and production cost, and is widely applied in industrial packaging, chemical storage, daily chemical transportation and logistics container manufacturing industries.
Different from single-layer blow molding equipment, the double-layer structural design brings more flexible production advantages. The outer layer adopts high-strength raw materials to enhance impact resistance, anti-aging performance and surface flatness of the IBC tank, adapting to complex outdoor transportation and stacking environments. The inner layer uses high-purity raw materials with excellent barrier and anti-corrosion performance, ensuring safe storage of various liquid materials and effectively avoiding leakage and contamination problems. This layered matching design greatly improves the overall service life and practical value of finished IBC products.
The whole machine adopts integrated PLC intelligent control system, with stable operation logic and simple human-computer interaction. All core parameters including extrusion volume, mold clamping pressure, blowing flow and cooling time can be precisely adjusted and automatically locked, ensuring consistent wall thickness and stable quality of each IBC tank. The equipment is equipped with an optimized extrusion screw and barrel structure, which achieves uniform plasticization, stable material output and no dead-angle accumulation, effectively reducing product defects and improving production yield.
In terms of structural configuration, the machine features heavy-duty frame design and high-precision mold clamping system, which provides sufficient clamping force for large-volume hollow container molding. The optimized cooling loop system realizes rapid and uniform cooling, shortens molding cycle, and greatly improves continuous production efficiency. The fully automated production process covers automatic feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, mold closing, blowing molding, cooling shaping and demoulding, which greatly reduces manual participation and production error rate.
