This Huayu 8000L 5-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty, fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment specially developed for large-capacity plastic water tanks and industrial storage tanks. Adopting advanced five-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the equipment can complete one-time integral molding of large 8000L hollow containers, meeting the high-standard production requirements for household water storage, industrial water tanks, and environmental storage containers.
Different from traditional single-layer blow molding equipment, the five-layer composite structure realizes functional layered design. Each material layer independently plays its role. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, anti-impact and weather resistance performance, effectively protecting the tank body from external environmental erosion. The middle multi-layer structure greatly enhances barrier performance, preventing water seepage, isolating moisture and resisting chemical corrosion. The inner layer adopts food-grade and high-purity raw material molding technology to ensure clean and safe water storage, which fully adapts to long-term liquid storage scenarios.
The whole machine adopts integrated automatic control logic, realizing automatic feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, mold clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding. The intelligent wall thickness control system ensures uniform wall thickness of the large tank body with stable molding accuracy and low product error. The optimized accumulator die head structure provides stable and uniform material output, avoiding material ripples, uneven thickness and local defects often seen in large container production.
The equipment is mainly applicable to high-quality HDPE raw materials. With reasonable plasticizing temperature control and screw structural design, the plasticizing effect is stable, material utilization rate is high, and production waste is effectively reduced. The mechanical structure is reinforced and thickened, with strong bearing capacity, stable long-term continuous operation, low vibration and low failure rate, greatly improving continuous production efficiency for large tank manufacturers.
In terms of safety and stability, the machine is equipped with perfect safety protection and fault self-checking functions. It can automatically adjust operating parameters according to production conditions, effectively avoiding mold collision, material overflow and abnormal shutdown. The circulating cooling system is optimized for large tank molding, making the tank body cool evenly, shaping fast, and effectively preventing deformation, warping and surface flaws.
