This Huayu 4000L four-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty, fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment independently developed for large-capacity plastic water tank production. It is specially designed for manufacturing high-performance 4000-liter HDPE water storage tanks and widely applied in domestic water storage, industrial water supply, agricultural water storage and outdoor water storage projects.
Different from traditional single-layer blow molding equipment, this machine adopts professional four-layer co-extrusion molding technology. Each material layer operates with independent extrusion and precise flow control, realizing one-time integral molding of structural layer, anti-ultraviolet layer, anti-corrosion barrier layer and food-grade inner layer. The multi-layer composite structure effectively improves the tank’s pressure resistance, weather resistance and anti-permeability performance, solving common problems such as tank aging, water seepage and short service life of ordinary single-layer products.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and high-precision wall thickness adjustment system, the equipment supports full automatic procedures including automatic feeding, constant-temperature plasticizing, stable mold clamping, precise blowing, rapid cooling and automatic demoulding. The whole production process runs stably with uniform wall thickness and high product consistency, greatly improving the finished product qualification rate.
The machine adopts optimized mechanical structure and high-rigidity fuselage design, which can adapt to long-term continuous industrial operation. The upgraded heating and plasticizing system ensures full and uniform raw material melting, effectively reducing material waste and lowering comprehensive production costs. Meanwhile, the energy-saving operation mode reduces overall power consumption, bringing better economic benefits for mass production.
Tailored for large water tank production, the 4000L four-layer blow molding machine features strong mold compatibility and flexible parameter adjustment. It can stably produce standard large water tanks with smooth surface, no dead corners and excellent sealing performance. Finished tanks have good low-temperature resistance, anti-aging ability and structural toughness, suitable for long-term outdoor and harsh environment use.
