This Huayu 2000L 8-layer co-extrusion water tank blow molding machine is a high-end large-scale hollow molding equipment independently developed for manufacturing high-barrier plastic water tanks and industrial storage containers. Adopting advanced eight-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the machine realizes one-time integral molding of multi-layer composite structures, perfectly solving the performance limitations of traditional single-layer and ordinary multi-layer containers in barrier property, anti-aging ability and structural stability.
Equipped with eight sets of independent precise extrusion systems, the equipment can plasticize and convey different functional raw materials stably. Each layer adopts independent flow control and proportional distribution, which enables the outer layer to have excellent impact resistance and weather resistance, the middle layer to strengthen structural toughness and compression resistance, and the core barrier layer to effectively isolate moisture, gas and external pollution. The finished 2000L water tank features uniform wall thickness, stable structure, no leakage and long service life, fully meeting the standards of domestic and international medium and high-end storage equipment.
The whole machine adopts fully automatic integrated control design, realizing automatic feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, mold clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding. The optimized hydraulic and pneumatic transmission system ensures stable operation, low vibration and low failure rate during long-term continuous production. The high-precision wall thickness adjustment system dynamically corrects the parison status in real time, greatly improving product consistency and finished product yield.
Supporting multiple mainstream raw materials such as HDPE and modified barrier materials, the machine can flexibly adjust material formula and layer proportion according to different usage scenarios. It is widely applicable to pure water storage, industrial liquid storage, outdoor water storage and other fields. Compared with traditional equipment, this 8-layer blow molding machine significantly improves container barrier performance, anti-oxidation capacity and environmental adaptability, effectively reducing material loss and post-processing cost.
