This Huayu 15000L four-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty, fully automatic large-scale molding equipment specially developed for the mass production of ultra-large HDPE water storage tanks and industrial plastic containers. Adopting advanced four-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the equipment realizes one-time integral molding of multi-layer composite tank bodies, perfectly balancing mechanical strength, anti-aging performance, barrier stability and cost control, which is ideal for large-capacity plastic tank production lines.
Different from single-layer ordinary blow molding equipment, the four-layer structural design allows each plastic layer to perform independent functional advantages. The outer layer adopts high-strength and anti-UV raw materials to resist outdoor wind, sun and aging, effectively extending the service life of water tanks. The middle composite layer enhances structural toughness and anti-pressure capacity, preventing deformation and cracking under long-term water pressure and harsh environment. The inner food-contact layer meets safe water storage standards, ensuring clean and pollution-free water storage.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, the machine realizes full automatic operation from material feeding, plasticizing, parison extrusion, wall thickness adjustment, blowing, cooling to finished product demolding. The precise wall thickness control system ensures uniform tank wall thickness with small tolerance, greatly improving product consistency and yield. The optimized extrusion and mold clamping structure ensures stable equipment operation, low vibration and low failure rate during long-time continuous production.
The whole machine adopts high-rigidity frame structure and thickened mechanical parts, adapting to long-cycle production of 15000L super-large containers. The professional cooling circulation system accelerates tank shaping, shortens production cycle and improves overall production efficiency.
