Huayu 5000L Single Layer Water Tank Blow Molding Machine is a fully automatic large-scale extrusion blow molding equipment independently developed for mass production of 5000-liter integral plastic water tanks. Adopting mature single-layer extrusion molding technology, this machine realizes one-piece seamless forming of large-volume plastic tanks, featuring stable operation, simple structure, low maintenance cost and wide material adaptability, which is ideal equipment for civilian water storage and industrial plastic container manufacturing.
This blow molding machine is specially optimized for large tank production. It uses high-strength frame structure and reinforced mechanical transmission parts, effectively reducing vibration and deformation during long-term continuous operation. The integral extrusion system provides stable and uniform plastic melting and feeding, ensuring consistent plastic fluidity and reliable wall thickness distribution of finished water tanks. All mechanical parts are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, greatly extending the overall service life of the equipment.
Equipped with intelligent PLC control system, the machine realizes fully automatic working procedures including automatic feeding, precise temperature control, stable extrusion, mold clamping, air blowing, cooling shaping and automatic demolding.
