This Huayu 5000L 6-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty and high-efficiency large hollow molding equipment independently developed and manufactured for high-standard plastic water tank and storage container production. Designed for 5000L large-capacity tank manufacturing, the equipment adopts professional six-layer co-extrusion molding technology, perfectly solving the performance shortcomings of traditional single-layer and ordinary multi-layer tanks in barrier property, ageing resistance and structural stability.
Different functional layers undertake independent performance tasks. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet and impact-resistant capacity to adapt to outdoor long-term storage and harsh working environments. The middle composite layers greatly enhance anti-permeation and isolation performance, effectively resisting moisture, chemical erosion and microbial invasion. The inner food-grade contact layer meets clean storage standards, suitable for domestic water storage, industrial clean liquid storage and civil water supply scenarios.
Equipped with a highly integrated PLC control system, the machine realizes full automatic procedures from precise extrusion, parison forming, mold clamping, air blowing, cooling shaping to automatic demoulding. The self-developed wall thickness control system achieves real-time multi-point parameter adjustment, ensuring uniform wall thickness of finished tanks, stable overall structure and no local thin or deformation problems.
The whole machine adopts optimized mechanical structure and high-rigidity frame design, with stable operation and low vibration during long-term continuous production. The matched high-precision co-extrusion die head ensures synchronous and stable discharging of six-layer materials, avoiding layer deviation, material mixing and defective lamination. The intelligent temperature control system accurately controls the plasticizing temperature of each extruder, making raw material plasticization uniform and improving product forming quality and yield.
Compared with traditional equipment, this 6-layer blow molding machine features lower energy consumption, fewer material waste and simpler daily operation and maintenance. It supports long-time uninterrupted industrial production, effectively improving factory output and reducing comprehensive production costs.
Widely applicable to 5000L pure water tanks, rainwater storage tanks, industrial liquid storage tanks and large civil plastic containers, the equipment meets high requirements for safety, durability and barrier performance.
