This Huayu 3000L 8-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a heavy-duty and fully automatic extrusion blow molding equipment specially developed for large-capacity plastic water storage tanks and industrial liquid containers. Adopting advanced eight-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the equipment realizes one-time integral molding of multi-layer tank structure, which greatly improves the barrier performance, mechanical strength and anti-aging ability of finished water tanks compared with traditional single-layer and ordinary multi-layer products.
The machine adopts an independent multi-channel extrusion system and precision co-extrusion die head design. Each material layer maintains stable and uniform output, ensuring consistent wall thickness distribution and no delamination or material deviation during long-term continuous production. The outer layer is optimized for anti-ultraviolet, anti-oxidation and impact resistance, effectively adapting to outdoor placement and harsh environmental conditions. The middle functional layers enhance anti-leakage and isolation performance, while the inner layer meets safe water storage standards, making the final tank more durable and hygienic.
Equipped with intelligent computer control system and high-precision wall thickness control technology, the equipment supports automatic parameter setting, real-time data monitoring and automatic error correction. The whole production process from material feeding, plasticizing, extrusion, blowing, cooling to demoulding is completed automatically, which effectively reduces manual intervention, stabilizes product consistency and improves production efficiency.
This 3000L eight-layer blow molding machine is compatible with high-quality HDPE raw materials. The optimized screw and barrel structure ensures sufficient and uniform plasticization, reducing material waste and improving molding efficiency. The upgraded hydraulic and transmission structure runs smoothly with low noise, stable clamping force and excellent bearing capacity, meeting long-term uninterrupted industrial production requirements.
