This Huayu 2200L 6-layer co-extrusion water tank blow molding machine is a fully automatic high-efficiency extrusion blow molding equipment specially developed for large-scale HDPE plastic water tank production. Adopting advanced six-layer co-extrusion molding technology, the equipment can complete multi-layer parison extrusion, clamping, blowing, cooling and demolding in one continuous process, perfectly meeting the manufacturing requirements of high-performance 2200L large water storage tanks.
Different from traditional single-layer equipment, the six-layer structural design realizes functional layering of the tank body. The outer layer provides excellent anti-aging, anti-impact and weather resistance; the middle layers enhance overall structural toughness and barrier performance; the inner layer ensures clean and safe water contact. This layered configuration effectively improves the tank’s pressure resistance, service life and anti-leakage ability, making finished products more suitable for household water storage, factory water supply, agricultural water storage and outdoor environmental use.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, the machine supports precise parameter setting and stable automatic operation. The independent wall thickness control system realizes multi-point uniform adjustment, ensuring consistent wall thickness of each water tank and effectively reducing product deformation and defective rates. The high-precision accumulator die head ensures stable and uniform melt extrusion for six layers, avoiding layer deviation, material overflow and parison instability during long-term continuous production.
The whole machine adopts heavy-duty mechanical structure and optimized hydraulic driving system, featuring stable clamping force, low operation noise and strong load-bearing capacity. With energy-saving servo power configuration, it effectively reduces power consumption during continuous operation while maintaining high production efficiency. The equipment supports long-time non-stop production, greatly improving daily output and reducing manual intervention.
Designed with modular assembly structure, the machine is convenient for installation, debugging and daily maintenance. All core mechanical parts are precisely processed and heat-treated to ensure stable operation and long service life.
