The twin-station architecture enables manufacturers to double their output from a single extruder investment, with Station A and Station B operating independently to produce 500L tanks at a combined rate of 24 to 30 units per hour.
Each station is controlled by its own PLC with independent cycle timing, enabling production to continue on one station while the other undergoes mold change or scheduled maintenance. The machine is pre-configured for the Indian standard 415V, 50Hz three-phase power supply with a ±15% input voltage tolerance that accommodates the voltage fluctuations common to Indian industrial power distribution networks without requiring external voltage stabilization equipment.
