The HYBM-5001000L is a double-station extrusion blow moulding machine with an integrated quick mold change system, specifically developed for manufacturers in the Indian subcontinent who need to produce multiple water tank sizes from 500L to 1000L on a single machine platform.
The Indian water tank market is characterized by high product mix diversity, with housing developers, local government bodies, and commercial buyers each requiring different tank capacities, colors, and layer configurations. Traditional single-station machines force manufacturers to either dedicate separate machines to each size or endure lengthy mold changeovers lasting 4 to 8 hours.
The HYBM-500 1000L solves this challenge by enabling both stations to run independently with different molds, or by running identical molds for doubled output. The hydraulic quick-clamping system reduces mold change time to under 30 minutes per station using only hand tools, with alignment verified by laser positioning guides integrated into each platen.
