The 1000L five-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a classic high-end multi-layer barrier molding device, adopting five-extruder precise co-extrusion technology. The outer HDPE layer provides mechanical strength and weather resistance; the double adhesive layers ensure firm lamination between layers and prevent peeling; the middle core barrier layer uses high-performance EVOH or PA material to block oxygen, moisture and chemical solvent penetration; the innermost regrind recycling layer adopts qualified recycled materials, which can reduce raw material cost by 15%-20% without affecting product safety and barrier performance. Compared with three and four-layer equipment, its barrier precision is higher, material utilization rate is better, and product comprehensive performance reaches industrial high standards.
The equipment is equipped with a professional five-layer stacked die head and independent closed-loop servo control system, with ultra-high layer thickness control accuracy and stable layer ratio.
