The 2000L 14-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is the top-tier large-capacity ultra-high barrier blow molding equipment. It adopts fourteen independent extruders to realize ultra-fine layered composite molding for 2000L super-large containers. Multi-stage dense bonding layers ensure the overall structural integration of large containers and eliminate deformation and delamination under extreme working conditions. The outer multi-layer anti-aging and anti-pressure structure adapts to harsh outdoor and high-load working environments. The inner multi-level high-purity functional layers meet ultra-clean industrial grade standards.
Equipped with industrial-grade fourteen-channel ultra-precision die head and full digital servo synchronous system, the machine achieves ultra-high precision layer ratio control for large containers. The multi-group independent high-precision plasticization system adapts to synchronous processing of various high-end special resins. The intelligent constant temperature and pressure cooling system ensures zero-defect molding of super-large containers with stable and reliable finished product quality.
