This fully automatic 12-layer blow molding machine is independently developed by Weifang Huayu Plastic Machinery, specially designed to produce 500–2000L multi-layer large HDPE tanks and chemical containers.
Equipped with PLC control and MOOG wall thickness controller, matched with 7 groups of high-efficiency extruders, it realizes precise parison forming. Famous brand core parts guarantee stable running, 10–24 pieces output per hour.
12-layer co-extrusion structure greatly improves barrier performance of finished products, ideal for fuel tanks, sewage septic tanks and chemical storage vessels. It passes CE & ISO certifications, with one-year full machine warranty.
