Each section of the parison can be adjusted freely, so that the wall thickness distribution of the tank can reach the optimal state. The LVDT position detection modules collect real-time displacement signals and feed back to the control system for closed-loop adjustment. It effectively reduces raw material waste while ensuring the mechanical strength of key stress positions such as the tank bottom and tank shoulder.

The clamping mechanism adopts heavy-duty frame structure and high-rigidity linear guide assemblies. The clamping force output is balanced and stable to fit the large mold of 3000L tank. The mold opening and closing speed can be adjusted steplessly according to production requirements. The hydraulic system uses high-performance servo pump groups, featuring low noise, quick response and obvious energy-saving effect. Compared with conventional constant-pressure hydraulic systems, it cuts down idle power consumption and lowers long-term operation cost for factories.

The human-machine interface adopts a clear and easy-operation touch screen. All production parameters including extrusion speed, parison curve, clamping time, blowing pressure and cooling time can be set, stored and recalled directly on the interface. Multiple sets of product recipe data can be saved for quick switching between different tank specifications. The system integrates complete fault alarm and record functions. Once abnormal signals appear in extrusion, clamping, blowing or lubrication links, the screen will pop up corresponding alarm prompts to help technicians locate problems rapidly and reduce unexpected shutdown time.

The machine is equipped with reliable cooling and air blowing systems. The large-flow blowing pipeline provides stable and even air pressure inside the parison, so the plastic fits the mold cavity fully and the surface finish of finished tanks is good. The circulating cooling channel inside the mold realizes fast and uniform heat exchange, shortens the molding cycle and improves daily output. Auxiliary functions such as mold blowing, pre-blowing and exhaust can be customized according to customer product process requirements.
