All production parameters including extrusion speed, parison length, wall thickness curve, mould closing speed, holding time and cooling time can be set, stored and called directly on the touch screen. Multiple sets of product recipes can be saved in the system. When switching between different moulds or different material formulas, operators can quickly recall the preset parameters instead of repeated debugging, which greatly saves mould change time and improves production efficiency. The system has complete fault alarm and self-check functions. Once abnormal pressure, temperature, position or action signal appears, the device will trigger alarm and display fault prompts on the screen to help maintenance staff locate problems rapidly.

For the mould part, the machine supports custom mould installation according to customer’s IBC drawing requirements. Mould cooling channels are designed with dense and uniform runner layout to realize fast and balanced cooling of the tank body. Fast cooling shortens each forming cycle, raises daily output and reduces internal stress of plastic products. Finished IBC tanks made by this machine feature smooth surface, stable size, good drop resistance and stacking performance, meeting standard test requirements for bulk liquid packaging.

Safety design runs through the whole equipment. Safety grating, safety door interlock, emergency stop button and pressure protection devices are installed on key positions.
