The die head is specially customized for three-layer co-extrusion, adopting a streamlined runner design to ensure smooth material flow of three layers, stable layer combination and no interlayer mixing. The interface of each layer keeps neat and consistent, securing stable barrier effect of finished containers.

Human-machine interaction is realized through a touch screen control system. Operators can set production parameters, monitor running status, check historical production data and view alarm information on the interface. The system supports parameter storage for different tank specifications. Once the mould is replaced, users can quickly recall saved formulas to shorten mould change and commissioning time. Multiple safety protection mechanisms are built in, including pressure overload protection, position limit interlock, emergency stop button and safety door lock.
