The vacuum degasser uses the suction of the vacuum pump to create negative pressure in the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and then is thrown toward the wall of the well in a jet shape through the windows around the hollow shaft. Due to the collision and the action of the separation wheel, the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers, the bubbles immersed in the mud are broken, and the gas escapes. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-liquid separator, the gas is discharged to a safe area by the separator, and the mud is discharged from the tank by the impeller. Since the main motor is started first, the impeller connected to the motor is in a high-speed rotating state, so the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe and will not be sucked from the discharge pipe.
The ZCQ series vacuum degasser sold by our company is a new type of special equipment for treating gas-invaded drilling fluid, also called a negative pressure degasser, which can quickly remove various gases invading the drilling fluid, and plays an important role in restoring the specific gravity of the mud and stabilizing the mud performance. At the same time, it can also be used as a high-power agitator, suitable for supporting various mud circulation purification systems. This equipment is a negative pressure degasser with a scientific and reasonable design structure, which can achieve effective gas-liquid separation, filter out impurities and ensure that the exhaust pipe is always unobstructed.
