The integral high-pressure pipeline is a high-pressure straight pipe, called a short joint. The high-pressure horizontal pipe is a component for conveying high-pressure fluids in cementing and fracturing equipment. It is widely used in high-pressure discharge pipelines, input pipelines, temporary liquid flow pipelines, well testing pipelines and other high-pressure transmission pipelines in acidic working environments (excluding working environments containing CO2 and H2S acidic gases).
The integral high-pressure pipeline produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is forged with high-strength alloy steel. ACME thread is adopted in weco wing union, which makes it easy and quick to disassemble, and has the characteristics of firm and reliable connection. The processing accuracy of multiple sealing designs ensures the sealing performance of the entire pipeline. The end union is forged into a whole with the straight pipe to avoid disassembly, with good sealing performance, light weight, easy use and fast installation. The specifications of high-pressure straight pipes are 1"~4", the rated working pressure is 35MPa~105MPa, and the length is 1 foot, 2 feet, 3 feet, 4 feet, 5 feet, 6 feet and other sizes, and the working temperature is -21℃～121℃.
The technical parameters and performance of the integral high-pressure pipelines produced and sold by Huichi Petro are in compliance with API 6A specifications. The product specification level is PLS3 and the performance level is PR1.
