Yes, we provide existing samples free of charge. Custom designs require a small sample fee that's refundable when order quantities are met. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL takes 2-4 days.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days (free). Custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design complexity.
What is your production lead time?
MOQ orders: 1 day. Daily production capacity: 3,000 sets. Stockless orders up to 5,000 units completed within 10 days.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We use Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
No, if the size doesn't change, you only pay the mold cost once. Molds are durable for long-term use.
How many samples will I receive before bulk ordering?
You'll receive initial samples with your logo for quality confirmation, followed by confirmed samples for comparison with bulk production.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. Standard MOQ is 48 sets (mixed colors allowed). Orders below MOQ depend on stock availability.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Please provide test reports. We'll investigate whether issues occurred during transport or production. Compensation processed within 10 days after assessment.
Do you offer FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, we provide FBA service. Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes required. We'll apply labels to each package and arrange shipping to FBA via air, sea, or train.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance payment upon production completion. We accept PayPal, T/T, and guarantee slips.
