What is a meltblown fabric?
Meltblown fabric is a kind of nonwoven fabric made through meltl bowning process. The raw material for the fabric is pp polypropylene. It is very good for making face mask and also for making air filters.
What is melt blown fabric used for?
Melt blown fabric can be used for making personal protective equipment masks and respirators such as N95, BFE99, FFP2,FFP3 masks. It can also used as raw material for making pocket filter media and HEPA filters.
Is melt blown fabric washable?
Melt blown fabrics is non washable and we do not recommend it to be washed.
What material is used to make surgical masks?
There are several layers of nonwoven fabric in surgical masks. The first layer is pp spunbond, the second layer is meltblown and Third layer is also a layer of pp spunbond.
How many KG meltblown can you produce in one day?
We have 3 meltblown production lines and can product at least 4 tons a day.
