How to make Ulpa filter?

Production time and Shipping time
With more and more customers sending us repeat orders for air filters, we have to produce fast. Below is the time frame from production to shipping.
1. Design and manufacturing time
We design the sizse and strcuture of Ulpa filters according to customers' request. Then we prepare raw material to arrange the mass production. The total time takes about 25-35 days for container quantity.
2. Packing and boxing all products time
We put the Ulpa filter in pe bag , then in color box and then put in three-layer corrugated carton. It takes within 5 days to package the air filters.
3. Custom declaration and loading time
Compo work with professional forwarder to arrange the Customs declaration and loading.It usually takes within one week for loading and Customs declaration.
4. Sea and land transportation time
Shipping time on the sea depend on the sea port which is nearest to customers' company. The time varies from 7-35 days. After container reach port, you will receive message from forwarder and then you can plan to collect the goods.

Is ULPA filter better than HEPA?
Ulpa efficiency can reach 99.999% @0.1um diameter particles or bigger particles and HEPA filters can reach 99.97% 0.3im diameter particles or bigger particles. So, ULPA filters can filter smaller particles and more particles than HEPA filters.
Where is ULPA filter used?
