Overview:


 

The charger has short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, overtemperature protection,and low-voltage protection. It can realize constant current, constant voltage, floating, trickle and other charging states, improving battery life, reducing the rate of battery water loss and eliminate battery heating and drum charging.

 

 

HAS-L-618D Adjustable Knob:


 

For the auxiliary current adjustment button, the real meaning of the current knob is to assist in adjusting the current and replacing the protective battery.

(Batteries below 20AH are recommended to manually adjust the current charge)

Smart mode:

When the user uses it for the first time, make sure that the switch is adjusted to the smart gear for charging. D uring the charging process, the charging current is automatically adjusted according to the battery size and battery status, and the charging is automatically stopped after charging to the set voltage value. This gear is full of self-stops.

Repair Mode:

Only the battery is below 11V voltage, this manual mode is for the battery internal resistance characteristics, professionally designed charging program, help repairing the battery function, so that the battery effect plays better, but the repair mode work must be carried out under manual care, in the battery shell has a slight heat when the repair is stopped. The notification repair time can be up to 1-2hour

 

 

Safety Tips


 

1. It is strictly prohibited to use in damp,high temperature,flammable,explosive objects gas environments.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use this machine in a state where the cooling air hole of the machine is blocked or the fan is damaged and stopped.

3. It is strictly prohibited to charge scrapped,non lead-acid batteries,or batteries without voltage! Do not charge non chargeable batteries! Do not approach open flames while charging! There is high voltage inside the machine and unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited.

4. For indoor use, beware of rain. During the charging process,someone must take care of the charger, and it is strictly prohibited to cover it. It must be placed in a well ventilated area for use. It is strictly prohibited to charged in or on a vehicle,and be cautious of flames,sparks,and explosive gases to avoid causing a fire.

5. To charge the battery of the vehicle or equipment, please remove the battery and place it in a safe and flammable environment. Otherwise, if an accident occurs, you will be held responsible.

6. There is high voltage and danger inside the charger. Non professional personnel are strictly prohibited from opening or modifying the machine, otherwise the consequences will be borne by oneself.

7. If the power input cord is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, maintenance department, or similar professional personnel.

Before connecting or disconnecting the battery charger from the battery,the power should be disconnected first.

 

 

Attention:


 

1. When the charger is working to charge the battery,the cooling fan must be working properly.

2. Other modes are prohibited when charging the lithium battery to prevent the damage to the lithium battery with different voltage values. 12V lithium battery full charge voltage of 12.6±0.2V; The 24V lithium battery has a full charge voltage of 25.2±0.2V.

3. Charger 12V voltage identification display range 10V-15V,24Vvoltage identification display range in 20V-29V. The full charge voltage of the 12V battery is 14.6±+0.2V; The 24V lithium battery has a full charge voltage of 29.2V±0.4V.

4. The first charge of the leakage battery and the battery below 20AH should be manually monitored, and the appearance of the battery and the battery liquid should be checked to avoid overcharge of the battery and deformation of the drum.

6.Charging mode: The charging mode is described as "No load - constant current-constant pressure - float charge - trickle." This suggests that the power supply or charger follows a specific charging algorithm or sequence. It starts with a no-load condition, then applies a constant current to charge the battery until it reaches a certain voltage (constant pressure). Once the battery voltage reaches the desired level, it switches to a float charge mode to maintain the battery at a specific voltage. Finally, it enters the trickle charge mode, which provides a low current to compensate for any self-discharge of the battery.

 

 

 

FAQ:


 

Q: Why is the current getting smaller and smaller?The current is not 30A.

A: Charging principle: pulse. Pulse can protect the battery and prolong its service life.

The difference is that the pulse charger can keep the charging process dynamic, balance the charging and discharging process, reduce the water loss during the charging process, and prevent the problem of sulfation, so that the battery capacity can be restored and the battery life will be increased.

Pulse is not a constant voltage and current. It will match the charging voltage and current according to the battery status. The charging current will become smaller and smaller as the battery power increases.

The pulse is designed to better protect the battery from being injured due to overcharge.

Not all batteries can reach the peak current. If the battery capacity is large and the power loss is severe, the current will be higher.

 

Q: Are 12V/24V and lithium battery automatically compatible?

A: 1. Manual selection is required; 2. 12V/24V self-defined identification, lead-acid battery, water battery, dry battery. 3. Lithium battery: 12V, lithium iron phosphate battery cannot be charged (it depends on whether the charger supports 12.6V lithium battery)

 

Q: How to operate?

A: The first step is to check whether the battery is good or bad. Operation method: the charger is not plugged in, just clip the charger clip to the positive and negative poles of the battery. The display will show the current internal pressure of the battery. There are two conditions not shown: 1. Charger problem 2. Battery voltage is lower than 8V.

The second step is that the charger has normal input and output. Only plug in, and the display will be on. By default, 12V and POWER are on. When the red and black clips meet, the spark charger is completely normal.

Q: Why does the display screen not light after plugging in?

A: 1.Plug in only, the display screen is not on, and the indicator light is not on. The safety tube is burnt and the product is defective
