Designed specifically for stainless steel wire mesh welding, this automatic pneumatic spot welding machine combines foot pedal operation with a lever spring pressurized structure, delivering stable and consistent electrode pressure for precision welds on stainless steel wire mesh, wire products, and thin-gauge sheet metal.
This foot pedal operated spot welding machine features a lever pedal type spring pressurized structure for easy operation and quick response. Operating through a transformer, the machine utilizes standard mains supply to lower voltage and increase electric current. The resulting low voltage, high current is transmitted from the electrode to the connection point of two work pieces, generating sufficient heat through resistance to melt the work pieces and achieve secure welding.
Features an intelligent touch screen controller for easy input and reading of welding parameters. Equipped with a microcomputer-controlled welding controller that supports multi-sequence programming (squeeze → weld → hold → off), allowing precise adjustment of welding current, time, and pressure for different material thicknesses.
Constructed with thicker copper plates or copper belts to ensure stable conductivity during welding operations, providing reliable performance and durability.
Customized electrodes designed specifically for welding various materials including steel, aluminum, silver, stainless steel, and nickel steel, ensuring optimal performance across different applications.
Machine shape and molds are designed according to specific welding product requirements, providing tailored solutions for various manufacturing needs.
