What is IML?
"In Mould Labelling" IML is directly derived from the technique: a preprinted polypropylene (PP) label is placed in a mould.
This mould has the shape of the end product, e.g. the shape of take out meal prep container plastic.
Then the molten PP is added to the mould. It fuses with the label, and while curing, takes the shape of the mould.
Result: label and packaging become one.
IML take away plastic tray can save time,permanent labels,water proof,anti corrosion,acid alkali resistant.
Maximum print quality
The offset printing technique ensures high-resolution images. Besides, you can decorate all the sides of a take out meal prep cotnainer plastic with one single label.
