This packaging can be evaluated for dry dog treats, biscuits and freeze-dried pet food. Confirm target fill weight, headspace and selected closure with the actual product.
Confirm the label size, label position and required visible product area before finalising the selected PET jar.
The jar or canister, closure and any liner must be selected as one complete packaging system. The customer should test filling, capping, sealing, labeling, conveying and handling on its own production equipment where applicable.
Use the customer’s actual treat size and target net weight to confirm filling, headspace, closure fit and label area.
Huaweier can provide packaging samples for evaluation. Before bulk production, the customer should use its own product and its own equipment to confirm actual fill volume and, where applicable, filling, capping, sealing, labeling and handling performance.

A: Our packaging production is managed under an FSSC 22000-certified food safety management system. Relevant food-contact documentation is available for applicable PET materials and products. Please share your target market and selected SKU so we can confirm the applicable document scope.
A: The MOQ for this standard clear PET jar is 10,000 pcs. MOQ for custom colours, printing, special closures or other customised requirements is confirmed separately. Samples are available for product and line evaluation before bulk production.
A: This PET jar is suitable for dry pet treats and dry pet food. Wet, hot-filled or retorted products require separate packaging evaluation.
