Product Description:
The machine is a double-station, full-automatic blister forming machine for thick plates. The maximum effective area of mould forming is 1500 * 1000 * 500mm (the length, width, and height can be adjusted according to the size of the customer's product). The model is ZW-1510. The equipment is characterized by a reasonable structure, easy operation, and is suitable for forming large blister workpieces. The main electrical control system adopts a Delta PLC high-definition touch control screen; all production parameters are set on the touch screen, only manual feeding is required, and the whole action is completed automatically.
process flow:
Manual feeding → pressing (automatic) → automatic heating (automatic) of upper and lower heaters → anti-sagging (automatic) of baking plate → backward (automatic) of upper and lower heaters → bubble blowing (automatic selectable) → die lifting (automatic) of lower die bench → vacuum forming (automatic) → cooling (automatic) → reverse blowing and demolding (automatic) → die lowering (automatic) of lower die bench → rising (automatic) of pressing box → completion of manual reclaiming.
Special Function:
1. The whole machine adopts PLC control, and is equipped with an HD touch screen as the man-machine interface; All time parameters can be set and monitored on the touch screen. The equipment has a diagnosis function and a file backup function, and the touch screen displays fault information and troubleshooting measures in real time, which is easy to operate and maintain.
2. Material pressing system: the latest wellhead automatic turnover material pressing system is adopted, the pressing frame is automatically adjusted according to the wellhead size (no separate adjustment of the pressing frame is required), and the all-aluminum movable wellhead is equipped. The die change can only be adjusted according to the size to achieve simple and fast die change safety. A safety grating is installed in the operation area, and the operator can completely isolate the forming area and press the confirmation button before the machine operates.
3. Heating furnace: A carbon fiber S-type heating tube is used for instantaneous temperature rise. Each heating unit is equipped with short-circuit overload protection. The heating tube is featured by a strong penetrating force, high service life, and fast temperature rise. (When the plate is heated, the electric furnace is powered on, and when the plate is not heated, the electric furnace is automatically disconnected, which saves energy and power. The service life of the heating elements reaches more than 5000 hours. The electric furnace frame is welded with 304 stainless steel and equipped with a stainless steel cover plate to prevent high-temperature corrosion and dust from falling off the mould.
4. Heating plate temperature: A 15-way temperature control adjustment module is used to control the temperature of the heating unit one by one, which is accurate and easy to operate, effectively improving the product qualification rate. All temperatures are adjusted on the touch screen, and the prepared mould temperature formula can be saved for future use.
5. Heating furnace forward and backward: frequency conversion motor with rack synchronization drive is adopted, the forward and backward are fast and stable. The electric furnace is equipped with a precise deceleration cylinder. In case of failure or power failure, the furnace can be withdrawn instantaneously to prevent the falling of the sheet from damaging the electric furnace. When the falling of the material baking sheet is lower than the safe height, the furnace will be forced to be withdrawn.
6. Mold bench: The brand servo motor is used to control the lifting of the mold bench. The servo motor has the advantage of accurate positioning and a fast start. The lifting position and speed of the mold bench can be adjusted on the touch screen at will. The supporting piece function can also be set to make the mold and wellhead parallel, and easy placement of plates.
7. Anti-drop system: An Omron infrared detector is used to detect the falling of plates, and the sheets can be automatically supported during the baking process.
8. Product blowing: this machine adopts the confined space forming. After the plates are roasted, the precise pneumatic control valve is used for blowing. The blowing height can be automatically controlled by setting parameters, so that the forming thickness of the product is more uniform.
9. Vacuum forming: fast, large vacuum valve with a secondary small vacuum for easy product forming.
10. Product cooling: the product is cooled by four sets of double-outlet fans and a water atomizing nozzle, so that the product can be quickly cooled and shaped.
