Machine Introduction:
The positive and negative pressure multi-station forming machine is an innovative product developed by our company with the latest German technology for the packaging, food, electronics, and other industries. The machine has three fully automatic functions of heating, forming, cutting, and stacking counting: heating, forming, cutting stacking counting. This machine can adapt to various types of vacuum-formed packaging products made of PET, PP, PC, PS, PVC, BOPS, PLA, corn starch, and other materials, such as bowls, lids, boxes, plates, electronic trays, pharmaceuticals, and other industries etc. It is widely used, has strong universality, fast positive and negative pressure forming machine speed, low energy consumption, low noise, high safety and hygiene level, and easy operation and maintenance. It is highly trusted by customers.
Key Features:
1. Control system characteristics
(1) The human-machine interface adopts an ultra-high definition MCGS color IoT touch screen. In case of abnormal problems, network inspection can be carried out to achieve remote monitoring, troubleshooting, remote program upgrade, and problem-solving.
(2) This machine system is a self-developed system by our company based on the operating habits of existing national conditions. The fastest number of empty machine testing actions can reach 50 modes/minute, and it has the characteristics of complete functionality and is easy to use. Masters with a basic understanding of ordinary machines can operate independently within 1-2 days, while masters with experience in other all-in-one machines can become familiar with operating the machine within 1 day.
(3) Monitoring and counting, automatic lubrication of workstations, automatic lubrication of chain tracks, vacuum maintenance prompts, as well as document storage and internal IO point monitoring functions;
(4) The height data of the molding station mold is saved, the cutting position data of the cutting die is saved, and the width data of the beam is saved. With the automatic locking station, only the first saved data is called during production, achieving rapid production. The speed of mold changing and machine adjustment is more than 30 minutes faster than that of the square station model.

2. Loading area
The feeding adopts a 2.2KW high-power motor for feeding, with a maximum roll diameter of 700mm and a maximum capacity of 500KG/support. The feeding adopts rubber roller transmission and is equipped with two seamless steel pipe material rods for replacing the sheets. A silicone oil spraying device is added to the feeding area for easy demolding.
3. Heating area
(1) The electric furnace adopts a specific aluminum furnace design, which does not deform at high temperatures. The heating brick electric furnace is equipped with insulation cotton on the back, making the heating wire more durable.
(2) The heating brick adopts Swedish Cornell heating wire, which has the characteristics of fast heating, good constant temperature effect, and long service life. It has a 5-year ultra-long warranty, and the high-temperature wire adopts 2.5 mm² (some peers use 1.5 mm²) to ensure that the wire is durable and not easily aged.
(3) Temperature control module: adopting Japanese temperature control, precise temperature control, easier temperature control, and production.
(4) Design of extending the electric furnace into the workstation: ensuring that the mold is always installed in the center, reducing wear and tear caused by mold imbalance at the workstation.
4. Forming area
(1) Forming length 650mm, width 750mm, four-section upper and lower furnace heating; The maximum molding height is 150mm;
(2) Both the upper and lower molds use high-power servo motors to ensure that the machine can operate continuously for 24 hours.
(3) Water valve: The mold is only supplied with water in automatic mode to prevent mold condensation during shutdown and debugging.
(4) Automatic mold locking: Side-mounted mold, reducing mold changing time and improving production efficiency.
(5) High memory of molding molds: By calling the high and low data of the molds saved during the first production, there is no need to adjust the molds, and the molds can be directly installed for production, improving production efficiency.
5. crop area
(1) The cutting size is 650 × 750mm, and the cutting upper mold is equipped with a heating knife electric control system.
(2) Both the upper and lower parts use high-power servos to ensure powerful cutting, making it easy to handle the cutting of various material thicknesses.
(3) Automatic mold locking: Side-mounted mold, reducing mold changing time and improving production efficiency.
(4) Data saving of cutting position of knife mold: adjust the cutting depth of the knife mold with numbers for more accurate adjustment without damaging the knife. The knife mold position data can be saved. During the second production, the first production knife mold data can be directly called, and the knife mold can be directly installed for production, reducing the waste of products caused by knife adjustment and improving production efficiency.
6. Punching area:
(1) Both the upper and lower molds use high-power servo motors to ensure strong metal punching and no burrs during vacuum forming punching.
(2) Automatic mold locking: Side-up mold, reducing mold changing time and improving production efficiency.
(3) Punching mold height memory: calling the mold height data saved during the first production, without the need for mold adjustment, can be directly installed for production, improving production efficiency.
7. Vacuum system
The vacuum system is the key to positive and negative pressure forming, which directly affects the product adhesion and consistency. The combination design of a high flow vacuum pump ana d large volume vacuum tank can achieve instantaneous vacuum release, ensuring that the heated plastic sheet quickly and tightly adheres to the mold, effectively avoiding product bubbles and wrinkles, and improving the forming quality and batch consistency.
8. Lubrication system
The lubrication system takes into account both equipment lifespan and industry hygiene standards, providing dual protection: workstation lubrication: The workstation lubrication pump adopts a large capacity high-pressure design, reducing the frequency of manual oil replenishment, and can operate stably for a long time without easily burning the pump (requiring the use of 00 # grease), reducing maintenance costs and failure risks. Chain rail lubrication: Food-grade chain oil is used to lubricate the packaging chain, reducing chain rail wear while strictly meeting the hygiene and safety requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries to avoid product contamination.
