The fully automatic three-station positive and negative pressure thermoforming machine is a new-generation high-performance packaging solution developed by HengXing Thermoforming Machinery based on advanced German thermoforming technology.
Integrating forming, cutting, and stacking stations, the machine adopts a full servo-driven system to achieve higher precision, faster production speed, and more stable operation, ensuring excellent product consistency and production efficiency.

It is compatible with various plastic sheet materials including PLA, PS, PET, PP, PVC, and ABS, and is widely used in the production of food packaging containers, trays, lids, plates, clamshell packaging, electronic trays, medical trays, nursery trays, and other thermoformed products.

With advanced positive and negative pressure forming technology, intelligent servo control, and reliable mechanical design, this machine provides customers with an efficient, energy-saving, and automated solution for high-quality plastic packaging production.

Key Technical Hoghlights
1,The machine is PLC-controlled, with the entire system operating fully automatically. Parameters are displayed digitally, and the user-friendly programming ensures simple operation.
2,Equipped with Japanese temperature control technology and German Cornell ceramic heating elements, the machine offers a long service life, double the precision in temperature control, and 15–20% energy savings in heating. It heats from 0 to 400° in just 3 minutes, is unaffected by voltage fluctuations, and maintains temperature stability within ±0.5°.
3,Molds can be quickly changed from the front of the machine, saving 20–30 minutes compared to conventional mold changes.
4,The entire machine utilizes an advanced servo motor-driven sheet feeding system. The stretching length and servo stretching are suitable for products over 50 mm in height, effectively preventing thin walls caused by material stretching.
5,Data on mold height, punching pressure and position, and beam width are saved, reducing setup time for subsequent production runs by 30 minutes.
