The TFT050XUB067 is a 5.0 inch IPS TFT LCD module with 800x480 resolution and 1000 cd/m² high brightness, delivering vivid color and wide viewing angles. Designed with the ILI6485D driver IC and RGB 24-bit interface, it provides stable, high-quality display performance for industrial and outdoor applications.
The 5.0 inch TFT050XUB067 module features IPS full viewing angle technology (All O’Clock viewing direction) for consistent and accurate color reproduction from any direction.
With 16 white LEDs (12V / 120mA) backlight and 1000 cd/m² minimum luminance, it ensures excellent sunlight readability, making it ideal for outdoor and industrial environments.
The ILI6485D driver IC supports RGB-565 parallel interface with strong compatibility across multiple control boards.
The display’s Normally Black mode provides high contrast and deep color tone, while the operating temperature range from –35°C to +85°C guarantees reliable performance in extreme conditions.
