Structural Design and Working Principle
The pusher-type kiln employs an automatically controlled hydraulic propulsion system that pushes materials into the kiln at constant intervals and discharges fired products. Fuel combustion at the kiln bottom generates hot air flow, which is directed by pushers to circulate within the furnace for optimal temperature distribution.
Modern designs incorporate hybrid heating methods, combining gas combustion preheating with electric secondary heating for enhanced temperature precision and energy efficiency.
Construction Materials and Components
Advanced Material Selection: The kiln features mortise-and-tenon structural connections for dimensional stability, with furnace lining using low corundum materials and sliding tracks constructed from wear-resistant dense sintered alumina 98 corundum.
Insulation systems typically incorporate multiple layers including Morgan 1400 type mullite bricks, high-quality lightweight insulating bricks, and imported alumina fiber products for optimal thermal efficiency.
