Product Specification
JZK series vacuum brick making machine is a professional vacuum extruder equipment for fired brick production. It adopts high‑vacuum pressure extrusion technology, which can process raw materials into qualified solid bricks and hollow bricks. Customers can customize brick sizes and hollow hole structures according to local market demands. This machine is a core host device for complete brick manufacturing production lines, and can work well with supporting kiln systems including tunnel kiln and hoffman kiln.
It is suitable for multiple raw materials: clay, fly ash, coal gangue, shale, construction waste, gangue waste and inferior soil.It supports matching with tunnel kiln, hoffman kiln as well as hoffman kiln combined with tunnel dryer for fired brick production lines to produce construction‑used building bricks.
