Product Specification
JZ‑series is non‑vacuum brick extruder including JZ250, JZ280, JZ300, JZ350 and JZ400 models. JZ250 is the smallest unit of this range. This solid brick making machine adopts non‑vacuum extrusion structure, equipped with manual brick strip cutter and brick blank cutter. Compact‑sized and easy‑to‑operate, it is widely sold globally, with over 128 sets delivered every year to more than 12 countries. The output covers 7.5‑25 t/h for different models, mainly targeting solid brick production, and it can produce small‑hole hollow bricks as well.
(Note: for large‑hole hollow bricks, higher‑power vacuum extruder is recommended.)
JZ series non‑vacuum brick machine is specially designed for small‑size brick plants and family workshops. It perfectly matches Hoffman kiln for local building‑material brick production. Popular among small family brick owners in Africa, South‑east Asia and South America. It is suitable for newly‑built small brick projects or low‑cost factory renovation projects to produce local construction solid fired bricks.
A: JZ series is non‑vacuum type with lower cost, mainly for solid bricks or small‑hole hollow bricks. JKR vacuum extruder owns vacuum chamber, higher extrusion pressure, better brick density, and supports large‑hole hollow bricks. You can select model according to your brick type and budget.
A: Yes. JZ250 is integrated with manual brick strip cutter and brick blank cutter. No extra purchase for cutting parts. But you need to prepare replaceable cutting blades for later wearing parts replacement.
A: Hoffman kiln is the most popular matching option for JZ series. Small simple kiln is also acceptable. Standard tunnel kiln is workable yet over‑investment for this non‑vacuum line. Please send us your target daily brick output, we will give you proper kiln suggestion.
